All software, content, branding, and designs are the exclusive property of Ailabs Internet Technologies Pvt. Ltd. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access the Services for personal, non-commercial use.

You may not copy, resell, redistribute, or exploit any part of the Platform without express written permission.

AI-Generated Content

AI-powered features (e.g., resume writing, mock interviews) rely on third-party models like OpenAI. Outputs are generated based on inputs and are intended as guidance, not professional or legal advice. We do not guarantee the accuracy, appropriateness, or results of AI outputs.

Ailabs Internet Technologies Pvt. Ltd. is not liable for any decisions, outcomes, or actions taken based on AI-generated content.

Third-Party Services

We may use third-party tools including OpenAI, Xano, Make.com, and others. By using our Platform, you acknowledge and agree to their involvement in delivering core services.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted under law, Ailabs Internet Technologies Pvt. Ltd. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, punitive, or consequential damages, including but not limited to:

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you (if any) in the last 3 months.

Indemnification

Termination

Legal Proceedings

By accepting our Terms and Conditions, you agree that all legal proceedings related to JobSurge shall be governed exclusively by the jurisdiction of Pune, Maharashtra, India.
